Better access protects more than the fan
Without a suitable hinge arrangement, a heavy exhaust fan may be lifted awkwardly, placed on the roof, or pulled against its wiring during cleaning. A properly selected installation makes future service access more controlled.

The fan, curb, wiring, roof surface, and access path all affect the installation. We’ll inspect the visible condition and explain the practical options before work proceeds.
What you receive after service
The completed scope includes before-and-after photo documentation and a dated service sticker. If we observe a visible access, fan, grease, or maintenance issue, we explain it plainly so you can decide what to address next.
